Eric Bryant, RYT®, will lead you through a gently flowing sequence of yoga poses designed to strengthen and tone you body, while calming and focusing your mind. Beginners will learn principles of alignment and breath while more experienced yogis will be offered more challenging variations. No prior yoga experience is required, and everyone is encouraged to work at a level that is comfortable for them. ?Move a muscle, change your life!?
