We start with three "back to basics" classes. If you have no Pilates experience, you'll love this careful start. If you're an old hand, these will get you back in the groove. We'll use tubing and weights to give your core the stability and mobility it needs to power you through anything. The variety of moves and levels makes this challenging and energizing. Take the body awareness and alignment principles of Pilates + a variety of safe and functional core training moves + the stretching you won't do alone = foundation for better sports performance, great looking abs, fewer injuries and less pain.
