Progress your yoga to the next level with our Intermediate level class. Increase strength and improve flexibility by moving your practice to a more challenging class. Cultivate your focus and sense of balance with the introduction of intermediate-level arm balances, inversions, and backbends. Participants should have knowledge of basic Yoga poses. Mats are provided; exercises are done on the floor.
