Yoga is a class of stretching postures that help the body be flexible. Yoga also reduces stress and tension, increases vitality, improves circulation, firms and tones your body, and focuses on good deep breathing techniques. This gentle yoga class is designed specifically for adults ages 50+, as well as those with chronic health conditions seeking a gentle yoga practice. Mats are provided; exercises are done in chairs and on the floor.
