About This Activity

Early Bird Fees: $41M/$45R (Aug 15-21 ONLINE)
Regular Fees: $45M/$50R/$65NR (Aug 22 and later)

Mix up your workout with this great cardio and toning workout.  You will get 50 minutes of cycling with a 25 minute strength training workout. In only 75 minutes you will complete a total body workout!  Instructors will provide cuing for a variety of terrain and bike resistance is self-adjusting so you can choose the intensity.

*Please bring a water bottle and towel to class (heart rate monitor recommended, but not required).
