If so, this circuit-style class is just for you. Routines are specifically designed for exercise beginners and anyone seeking significant weight loss. Based on current exercise guidelines, this 45-minute class includes aerobic, strength, and flexibility training specifically geared toward exercise beginners. All exercises are done standing-- no floor work.
