Beginning January 8th you can melt those inches away with this 6 week Ten Pound Challenge. Stay motivated with our personal trainer as you are lead through workouts with a variety of resistance equipment to build muscle strength and endurance along with water fitness classes to round out your exercise plan where you will increase your core stability and cardiovascular endurance. You will also be assisted with nutritional tips while keeping you on track with your fitness goals. Included in the program is a Pool/Weight room combo pass valid for the duration of the Ten Pound Challenge which will allow participants entry to all Aqua Fitness classes. This is a pre-registered program.
