Great fat-burning workout perfect for the beginner or advanced exerciser! Basic choreography can be modified low-impact or medium/high impact. Please bring 3-5 pound hand weights and mat. Cardio workout is followed by a variety of upper and lower-body toning exercises including abs. You will see positive results! Resident rate is actually $34 (not $38 as listed in Fall Rec Guide).
