ABOUT KAREN SMYERS:
This workshop will be led by Karen Smyers, one of the most accomplished triathletes in the history of the sport. Karen is a 7x National and 4x World Champion, including a dramatic come-from-behind victory in the 1995 Hawaii Ironman World Championships. Her victory at the short-course Triathlon World Championship just 5 weeks later earned her the distinction of being the only woman ever to win triathlons two most prestigious races in the same year.
Karen has coached athletes of all ages and abilities and is eager to impart the wisdom and experience she has gained over her 25+ year career as a professional triathlete. Karens quality approach to training is ideal for all levels of triathlete who want to get the most out of the time they put in.
