This is an intensive wrestling session geared for the wrestler who wants to excel. Train with some of the elite wrestlers and coaches in New England! Our goal is to make you a better wrestler! Our teaching philosophy includes all aspects of the sport. You will not only learn techniques from some of the world’s best, we also focus on goal setting and the elements needed to be successful at all levels in the sport of wrestling. We will work on specific technique that will help you throughout your season (i.e. strength training, diet, technique, and strategy) with some focus on Freestyle and Greco Roman in hopes of preparing wrestlers for the U.S. Junior National freestyle tournament. “Train with the best to be the best!” This club will be run by Harvard Assistant Coach, Muzaffar Abdurakhmanov and his brother Bekzod. Bekzod placed 3rd in the NCAA Championships as a senior from Clarion University. Both brothers are World Class coaches and will definitely make an impact with your wrestling.
