This intermediate level class is great for experienced practitioners and those who are ready for a challenge! We will explore advanced variations of sequencing and postures, the practices of pranayama (breathing exercises), creative sequencing, intermediate backbends, arm balances and inversions. Pre-requisite: At least 6 months of yoga experience.
