With the New Year approaching, NOW is the time to make a plan to reach your personal health and fitness goals! This class provides a safe, fun and supportive way to help you realize a stronger and healthier self. This program is for folks who have absolutely no, or very little running experience. We start with very gentle workouts combining walking and running, and give your body plenty of time to adapt to running over the 10 weeks of the program as we build to the goal of continuously running a 5K/3.1 mile distance. There's never any pressure or stop watches, just positive support and encouragement. In addition to our twice weekly workouts you will also recieve online homework and guidance to keep you on track and motivated in between our regular meetings. You will also have 24/7 access to your coach via our on-line discussion forum.
