Families First offers space rentals to the community for children's birthday parties and other family occasions for infants – 4 year olds. The basic party includes exclusive use of our Play Space (30' x 15'), Movement Room (27' x 10' ), and Art/Snack Room (18' x 12' ) and a birthday party host to monitor activities and help with set-up and clean-up. Food, beverages, paper goods, and utensils are not included in the fee. No alcoholic beverages are permitted. Cost: $300 / 2 Hours Space capacity: 30 total children and adults Optional Add-on: Multi-colored balloons at $10/dozen Party Details Family’s Responsibility: Families should arrive 30 minutes before the start of the party for set-up. Families must be packed up and ready to leave within 30 minutes after the party’s end. Families will provide food and drinks, as well as paper products including cups, plates, napkins, utensils, tablecloths, candles and party favors. Your decorations should be able to be hung without damage to walls and surfaces and must be removed easily. Families may contract with party entertainers with the approval of Families First. Families may also choose to do their own crafts projects in our art/snack room. Families First Host: Families First’s host will chaperone the party, greet guests at the door, ushering children to and from activities provided by parents, assist with set-up and clean-up. Drop-Off Policy: There must be at least 1 adult present for every 3 children attending a birthday party. We prefer a “no drop-off” policy. Fees: A 50% deposit is required when you book your party. The balance of your fee is due on the day of the party. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. Credit cards will be processed the next business day. Refunds/Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded up to 2 weeks prior to the date booked. If you cancel after that time, your deposit may be applied to an alternate day.
