The introductory package includes the TPI assessment and two 30 minute training sessions with a TPI Golf Fitness Instructor. The TPI assessment matches your bodies current strengths and weaknesses to your specific swing style. During the training session an instructor will teach you stretches and strength exercises. These exercises will be targeted to your custom profile with the goal of helping you improve mobility, balance, power, and speed. The exercises assigned can easily be done at home or your own gym to help you with your game. Total value of $225 for only $150. First time clients only.
