About This Activity

Brisbane Bootcamp is an 8 week program designed to teach the fundamentals of a balanced exercise routine.  Each workout includes exercises to improve flexibility, strengthen the core as well as intense cardio drills to burn calories.  Monday's focus is on balance exercises.  On Wednesdays the workout has an added emphasis on resistance training.  Check website for more information www.brisbaneca.org.
