Youth/Jovenes (ages 7-14):
Girls participating in the Girls on the Run Spring 2013 program are automatically registered for the 5k.

Li'l Sparks (ages 2-6):

* New Spring Event location. Ample parking for all participants and spectators.
* All participants will receive medals along with lots of cheers and the admiration of all spectators.
* Active participation is celebrated. Runners will not be individually timed, nor will results be posted.
* Public parking will be available at Toyota Park.
T-shirt and Bib Packet Pick-up
Friends, family, runners and children can pick up their materials at Running Away Multisport on the following days and times:
* Wednesday, May 29, 10:00am-6:00pm (800 Waukegan Rd, Deerfield)
* Thursday, May 30 from 10:00am-8:00pm (2219 Clybourn Avenue, Chicago)
* Friday, May 31 from 10:00am-8:00pm (2219 Clybourn Avenue, Chicago)
Program participants will be receiving their bibs on race day from their coaches.
Transportation and Parking
Help us reduce our carbon footprint! Girls on the Run-Chicago strongly recommends carpooling, using public transportation, or utilizing our bus company to ride with the program site (additional fees apply) to the event. We may have a shuttle running from the CTA Orange Line stop to Toyota Park continuously before and after the race. Check our website closer to race day for specific information regarding this shuttle service.
To determine the best route to travel via public transportation, please visit the CTA s trip planner at http://tripsweb.rtachicago.com/. Bicycle parking, will be available at the race site.
JUST A REMINDER: ALL girls who are participating in the Girls on the Run Spring 2013 program are automatically registered for the 5k. They may also have bus transportation provided by GOTRC. Please check with your site s coaches to verify whether or not they have chosen to reserve a bus.
Stay after the race for the celebration! There will be great food, interactive sponsor booths to visit, and music. We'll have games and giveaways, face painting, tiara decorating and more.
Stay and shop! We will be selling lots of fabulous Girls on the Run-Chicago merchandise after the event.
