Our topic will be "Engaging the University”. What does it mean to be a Christian in the university? How can we as Christians begin to bring a Christian mind and presence to our disciplines and to the conversations happening within our universities and within our disciplinary communities? Terry Halliday is a specialist in the globalization of law and how international institutions create laws that govern trade. He holds adjunct appointments at Northwestern University and the Australian National University. He’s also deeply committed to bringing his Christian faith to bear upon how he approaches his work and engages in academic conversations. Terry will lead us into discussions about how we can begin to engage our colleagues and our disciplines from a Christian perspective.
