7/24, 5:30pm: Train As One 5k Kickoff/1st Day of Training
St. Luke's Shoreline Campus, 1500 Shoreline Dr.
5k group will meet every Wednesday at 5:30pm at St. Luke's Shoreline Campus, 1500 Shoreline Drive.
9k, 10k and Half Marathon Training groups will meet every Saturday at 8:00am; locations will vary throughout the season but will be included in your training schedule.
Fees cover a training t-shirt, a book by Jeff Galloway (new members only); set training schedule, group support, and expert advice on technique, gear, nutrition and injury prevention.
The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training seasion. A $25 processing fee will be retained.

Receive a discount on your training by registering as a fundraiser and committing to raising $1,000 for the charity of your choice. Fundraising totals will be verified by the Program Director within 30 days after the end of the training program
About Jeff Galloway's Training ProgramsThe Galloway Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: to run a marathon, half marathon, 10K, 10 miler or just get started. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. This low mileage run/walk program will prepare people for an incredible achievement.
