Mediterranean- We'll prepare Souvlaki with Tzatziki Sauce (Meat Grilled on Skewers), Spanakopita (Spinach & Feta Pie), Baklava (Popular Greek Dessert) & Avgolemeno (Soup).
There will be a casual meet n? greet for the students with wine and cheese from 6:00-6:15 prior to class. We will prepare a minimum of 3 recipes for each class ? a minimum of 9 recipes per session. The classes are hands-on preparation and each student gets to dine on their creations at the end of each class and will also get copies of each recipe prepared.
