Take your skills to the next level!  Dryland sports conditioning is a unique and fun class that utilizes Speed, Agility, Quickness, Coordination, Endurance, Strength.  This 12 session class is designed to strenthen your core and improve your strengh, endurance and technique.  The exercises are designed to make you a better and more conditioned athlete.
