About This Activity

This class is designed to reshape and define your body. Students will be able to work with instructor to customize their workout to low or high impact, depending on each student's needs. It will help you turn flab into muscle and to regain balance and poise. Take the Core Strengthening and Toning class twice a week or add it to any other Renea Bishop class to make a great combination and get the twice a week discount.
