Tai Chi is a wonderful form of exercise for strengthening the body , and for creating body/mind awareness.  Tai Chi is a centuries old system of gentle physical exercise that is practiced the world over for health and fitness.  Developed as a defensive martial art, today it is practiced for personal improvements in balance, flexibility, circulation, posture, body awareness, and even mood!  The Wu style Tai Chi emphasizes gentle movement and inner calm.  Everyone is welcome!
