This class takes the traditional yoga workout and adds energy and excitement to each move. The focus is to have serious fun getting seriusly fit! Class will learn traditional yoga flow but with added upbeat party music, fat burning cardio dance, empowering plyometrics and some beauty bootyshaking moves and grooves to maximize fun and fitness benefits! You'll forget you are working out. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.
