Want tight trim abs, toned arms, and strong legs in an efficient workout? Are you serious about EVOLVING your fitness program to acheieve the results you desire? Lose inches, tone muscle; increase muscular endurance and CORE strength; improve cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, power, balance and mobility, as well as prevent injuries. This small group training (cheaper than a private trainer) is designed to do all that while improving functional fitness, helping you move more effectively. Burn calories, increase lean muscle, and most of all have FUN.

Classes are offered at 6-6:50 am OR 5:30-6:20pm - Tuesday OR Thursday Contact Kevin -, 650-678-0525, to notify him which class you will be attending. To insure equipment availability you should plan on attending the same class times each week.
