This workshop is designed to hone your swimming skills. Prior TI experience is recommended. We begin with a Freestyle Level 2 Workshop. Go from efficient to advanced by honing your balance, streamline and propulsion skills. The effortless and highly propulsive 2 beat kick and advanced breathing techniques are part of the program.Sunday the focus will be on imprinting your new skills, incorporating the Tempo Trainer into your plan for improved efficiency and speed and swimming with friends.
