NAMI Cycles: The Great Allegheny Bike Ride

Welcome to NAMI Cycles, the premier biking event to raise awareness and support of mental illness in our communities. At the event, you’ll have a chance to ride as little or as much of the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail as you want. Rest stops will be provided along the trail. All riders start at and return to scenic Cedar Creek Park in for lunch and festivities. All donations directly support NAMI Southwestern Pennsylvania and are tax deductible. While there is no fundraising requirement, bikers can earn a NAMI Cycles T-shirt by raising $150. Your family, friends, and co-workers can donate securely online using a credit card or send you a check or cash. The event is located at Cedar Creek Park, specifically at Pavilions 18 & 19 and the Activity Center. The park is just a 49 minute drive from downtown Pittsburgh, a 67 minute drive from Cranberry Township, a 50 minute drive from the East End of Pittsburgh, or a 47 minute drive from Dormont. Cedar Creek Park is located one-quarter mile north of the I-70 interchange on State Route 51 at 453 Evergreen Drive, Belle Vernon, PA 15012.
