What to bring: You can come with nothing but yourself or you can come with all your gear. It';s up to you. We will provide pads of paper, pens, refreshments, snacks, tables, chairs and knowledge.


About the Instructor, Photographer Todd Spoth of Todd Spoth Photography (www.toddspoth.com):


"Todd graduated from the University of Houston with degrees in both political science and neuropsychology but abandoned the idea of law school to pursue his creative passion. For years he has traveled the globe on both editorial assignments and commercial projects. His bold style and emphasis on conceptual portraiture have garnered countless awards internationally. Todd has taught photography classes for Canon and the NFL and currently serves on the board of directors for the Houston chapter of the ASMP (American Society of Media Photographers)."


"Todd Spoth is a photographer and multimedia producer based out of Houston, Texas, USA. He specializes in editorial, corporate, and commercial photography with an emphasis on creative portraiture. His work in the music and entertainment industry has garnered countless awards internationally. He most recently served as the associate producer for "The Messenger: 360 Days of Bolivar", a documentary based in Southeast Texas, which won several awards including a Gold Remi for Best Docu-Drama at the Worldfest International Film Festival. Todd is a proud member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP), Editorial Photographers (EP), The National Press Photographers Association (NPPA), and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP). Todd currently serves on the board of directors for the ASMP';s Houston chapter and is represented by Wonderful Machine."
