About This Activity

Rev up your metabolism!  Class will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.

This is a results-oriented, challenging, push-you-to-your-limits, metabolism-kicking class designed for the beginner to intermediate fitness level.  We will incorporate circuit training, strength, cardio, weights, plyometrics, abs, resistance bands, interval training and more.  Previous class members have achieved results, such as inches lost from their waist, dropped a dress size and overall body toning improvement.
