Yoga is an excellent form of exercise and can provide relief from back pain, headaches, high blood pressure, stress, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and more. Participants will learn 40 Hatha Yoga exercises, breathing, relaxation, visualization techniques, explore the mind-body connection, and the art of meditation. This course is appropriate for people of various abilities and experience.
