ESPN recently announced its television lineup for the 2010-11 high school basketball season. In all, more than 20 high school basketball games will be broadcast on ESPN’s family of networks, most of them on ESPNU.
The lineup features some of the most established All-Star games, including the McDonald's All-American boys and girls games in Chicago on March 30, 2011, as well as the Jordan Brand Classic on April 16, 2011.
Also featured are tournament games in the City of Palms Classic in Fort Myers, Fla., in January, the ESPN RISE National High School Invitational in March, and the Spalding Hoophall Classic in Springfield, Mass., in January.
Teams that will be televised include Winter Park (Fla.) High School, which features top prospect and iHoops First Team member Austin Rivers. Other schools include traditional powers DeMatha (Md.), Oak Hill Academy (Va.), Findlay Prep (Nev.) and Christ the King (N.Y.).
