REFUND POLICY
Refund request must be received via e-mail to Treasurer@drybreno.com prior to January 14, 2013. Refunds will be made minus a $15 processing fee.

Hold Harmless: The player and his/her Parents/Guardians agree to hold harmless, the Washoe County School District and its employees and the Damonte Ranch Youth Basketball volunteer administrators, coaches, and referees from any claims by any person resulting from the basketball activities (practices and games) and use of the Washoe County School District facilities including, without limitation, any claims for damages resulting from death or injury to any person or damage to any property arising out of these activities at these activities and use of these facilities.
