This year we’re instituting the following registration pricing structure. There is an early registration discount being offered if registered on or before October 31st 2011. We are also offering the Fund Raiser buy-out option this year, you’ll be able to selected the option that best applies. If using a mailed application the postmark will be used to determine collect fee.
If Registration is complete on or before October 31st… early registration discount: ____ $55.00 per player with player participating in the GGBA Fund Raiser ____ $85.00 per player doing a buy out – no Fund Raiser If Registration is complete on or before November 21st: ____ $70.00 per player with player participating in the GGBA Fund Raiser ____ $100.00 per player doing a buy out – no Fund Raiser If Registration is complete after November 21st: ____ $100.00 per player doing a buy out – no Fund Raiser
