BALL HANDLING: Through our testing and our advanced computerized ball handling cages players will be able to continually push the limits of their potential. Members will have the opportunity to move up through our Basic, Advanced, and Pro/Elite Levels of ball handling accomplishment. Our goal is to have every player reach a point where the ball is simply an extension of them on the basketball court.
SHOOTING: All-Star U uses a high-tech shot tracking system which measures the arc, rotation, release speed, entry angle, release angle, distance and velocity of a players shot. Players will receive both verbal and written feedback that is based around scientifically perfect standards. Our programs will help develop areas of weakness and continue to develop areas of strength.
