The Waukesha Spring Scrimmage Tournament is a great opportunity for teams to experience real game conditions, while offering coaches the ability to work with their players. Tournament Details: April 27 & 28, 2013U-9 through U-12 will play at Saratoga ComplexU-13 & U-14 will play at Prairie Park and Frame Park Three(3) games per teamUmpires and new game balls will be providedRegistration Fee of $185WSYBL Rules will be followed for all age levels with the following exceptions: - There is no limit on substitutions and re-entries - There is no run rule - Coaches should bat through their lineup only once per inning - Catchers must have a pinch runner when there are two outs to keep the game moving - Games will be stopped at 1 hour and 40 minutesRegistrations will be accepted now through March 31, 2013, or until each age group is full. In the event that the Tournament is canceled due to weather, teams will have the option to receive a refund of $100 or apply the full balance of the tournament registration fee to the 2014 tournament. Once the Tournament games begin, there will be no refunds issued.
