ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
The GRB Classic, ran by the GRB Academy, will be ran as a 3 game guarantee, with top teams
advancing to the Championship Bracket to be held Sunday after all games are completed. Teams to
advance to the Championship Bracket are contingent upon the amount of entries per individual age
level.
All-Star and Tournament Teams Welcome.
Individual and Team Trophies for 1st and 2nd Place Finishers at each age level. Registration closes
on July 1st, 2012, however each bracket will only have 6 teams.

Tournament Information:
-Tournament will use the following size fields:
10U: 46? Pitching, 65? Bases, 6 inning Games, Little League or Senior League Bats
11U: 48? Pitching, 65? Bases, 6 inning Games, Little League or Senior League Bats
12U: 50? Pitching, 70? Bases, 6 inning Games, Little League or Senior League Bats
13U: 54? Pitching, 80? Bases, 7 inning Games, Little League or Senior League Bats, or BBCOR
-Team Roster, Team Insurance, and Team Contact Form Will Need to be submitted prior to first game.
-Game Times are the Official Start Time. Forfeit will incur 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Official Scoring in this
case is Number of Innings x 1 run.
-No Refunds For Withdrawals.
-Team Check In Prior to First Game necessary 45 minutes before First Game.
-Standard NFHS Baseball Rules. Tournament Specific are Stated Below
-No Infield on Game Fields
-13U Metal Cleats Allowed. 10U-12U Plastic Only
-Tie Breaker: Each Half Inning Begins with Runners on 1st and 2nd with no outs. Last two batters occupy the bases. The
game continues until winner is decided.
-Game Lengths: 10U-12U: 6 innings or 1:40 game time. 13U: 7 innings or 1:50 minute game time.
-No new inning after those times shall be started. No Stalling. At Umpire?s Discretion.
-No Time Limit on Championship Bracket Games.
-Run Rule:
10U-12U: 10 After 4innings. 13U: 10 After 5.
-Pitching Restrictions: 9 innings for the Tournament.
-Batting Order: Teams may bat any combination they would like.
-Courtesy Runner: For the catcher only with two outs. Must be a player not in lineup, or the last out recorded if whole lineup
is playing.
-Home Team is Determined By Coin Flip. In Championship Bracket Games, High Seed is Home Team.
-Balls are supplied by GRB.
-No CarryIns. Verona Baseball Complex has a great concession stand.
-Seeding: 1. Record 2. Head to Head (If Teams have all played each other) 3. Runs Allowed 4. Runs Scored 5. Coin Flip
-Birth Certificates Needed In Case of Challenge.
-RainOut Policy: In case of bad weather, tournament reformatting is at discretion of the tournament director.
Complete Tournament Rainout: 85% Refund, 15% Future Credit To GRB Tournament
1 Game Played: 50% Refund
2 Games : No Refund
Despite weather, teams are expected to be at the field. Once outcome or delay is known, it is managers responsibility to check website for updates.
