About This Organizer

Kids Discovery Museum is a nonprofit, hands-on interactive, educational and fun children's museum. Located on Bainbridge Island, WA the Museum sees over 30,000 visitors a year and is open seven days a week. Through a combination of teacher-inspired and self-discovery programs and activities, children enjoy all that the Museum has to offer while learning about different elements of science, technology, arts, engineering and math.  With a full Our Town exhibit on the first floor and a Science Hall on the second, there is plenty to explore and see.  KiDiMu also offers special programs in partnership with other community organizations and has robust summer camps on a variety of topics to continue the learning and fun.

With a focus on embracing the whole family and being accessible to all, the Museum also offers Parent Talks, family parties and activities, and a Sensory Program for children and families affected by autism and other sensory processing challenges.
