Join us for fun, injury-free group runs and train for a marathon or half-marathon. By following this program you will be able to complete your first marathon or improve your finishing time by utilizing run/walk intervals.

Become a member and join us for fun, injury free group runs. Following this program you will be able to complete your first marathon or half marathon or improve your finishing time by utilizing run/walk intervals. We now offer annual membership so you can train with us all year long.

Jeff Galloway's Training Programs: The Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: to run a marathon or half marathon. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. If you're not certain about whether to join, come with us for a free trial run. (We recommend that you are able to run 3 miles to begin the training program)

Refund Policy

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.
