This is a 35-week marathon training program targeting the 26.2 with Donna, the Publix Georgia Marathon and other early 2015 marathons. The program trains participants to complete a marathon injury-free, using the run-walk-run method. Group runs are led by pace group leaders for every level. Participants also receive a training schedule, a copy of Jeff Galloway’s “Training Programs” book, a technical t-shirt, a discount at Phidippides running stores and a subscription to Runner’s World magazine.

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.
Participants must be able to run-walk 3 miles to begin the program.
