About This Activity

Enjoy a combination of gentle yoga, restorative stretches, strengthening exercises and deep breathing.  Shirley Bruton, herself a senior, brings years of experience as a Certified Yoga Instructor and extensive training in fitness and flexibility.  She has created a unique class for seniors and the physically challenged.  Basing her class on the student's need, always adaptable, in a friendly, warm and supportive environment.  Work at your own pace and capabilities; all levels welcome.  Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring your own mat, towel and water to class.  This class is a wonderful mid-day experience!
