About This Activity

Getting our babies & children to sleep and sleep well can be harder than we think.  This class will teach you the importance of and science behind sleep.  We will discuss your childs circadian rhythm, sleep milestones, healthy sleep expectations, schedule issues, the biology of sleep and troubleshooting.  Great class for new parents or for those who want to maximize their child?s sleep potential.   Fee is per COUPLE.
