Brief Description
Honor your mother's heart with a heart-healthy run or walk around beautiful Lake Mercer. Join us for a 5K Run/Walk and 1-mile Family Health Walk.
Women's Heart Foundation specially designed T-shirts guaranteed to all those pre-registered (Day-of-Race registrants—–while supplies last). Post-race refreshments and D.J. • Computerized timing and scoring by L & M Sports. Course measured by Baldasari Race Management.
Directions to Mercer County Park
Go to http://www.pdasoccer.org/MercerCountyParkDirections.htm Run and Walk will start near the Marina. Park at the Marina or West Picnic area.
Additional Information
This is Women's Heart Foundation's 5th year at beautiful Lake Mercer. We had 370 participants on Mother's Day 2006 and have selected this day forevermore. Our goal in 2008 is to have 700 runners. Come out and support a good cause and commemorate National Women's Health Week.
We will also be selling jewelry with 100% of sales to benefit the Women's Heart Foundation in support of education, wellness and prevention.
