Races
There will be 6 different races: Student Mile for anyone in Elementary School, Middle School or High School; Fast Mile for Male sub six (6) minute mile and Female sub seven (7) minute mile; Masters Mile for anyone 40 years of age and over; Stroller Mile for all the daddies and mommies out there; Open Mile which will be divided into age divisions (see below) and a March Madness Mile to run in your favorite college apparel. *See awards and age categories below for all races.
In Person Registration
You may register in person during store hours from Monday, March 10 - until 4:00 PM Friday, March 14 at Footworks (5724 Sunset Dr., S. Miami).
Pre-Race Day Packet Pick-Up
Packets will be available beginning Monday, March 10 - Friday, March 14 ONLY at Footworks (5724 Sunset Dr., S. Miami). Packets will be available during store hours except for March 14 which will be until 4:00 PM. *If you are registering online, your packet will NOT be available until the following day! **If you are registering online on Friday, March 14, your packet will NOT be available until Race Day (March 15)!
Race Day Packet Pick-Up/Registration
There will be Race Day Packet Pick-up and Registration (Space Permitting) starting at 5:00 PM at Race Site (Busway at US1 & SW 104 Street). Please plan to arrive early for parking and to avoid the long lines at packet and chip pick-up.
Awards
Student Mile: Top 3 Male & Female in each for Elem., Middle and High School.
Fast Mile: Top 3 Male & Female.
Open Mile: Top 3 Male & Female for each age division (see below).
Masters Mile: Top 3 Male & Female.
Stroller Mile: Top Male & Female.
March Madness Mile: Top Male & Female
Divisions
The only race split into age divisions will be the Open Mile. The age divisions are as follows: 19 & Under, 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 - 69, 70 & Over. The Student Mile will be split into three divisions: Elementary (Grades K-5), Middle School (Grades 6-8) and High School (Grades 9-12)
T-shirts
The first 400 participants will recieve a unique shirt. Correct size not gauranteed for race day registration. **NOTE: ONLY ONE t-shirt will be given to each participant, regardless of the number of races you register for.**
Directions
From the North: Take US1 South and make a right on SW 104 Street.
From the South: Take US1 North and make a left on SW 104 Street.

*Races will start every 20 minutes.

RUN MORE RACES, WIN MORE PRIZES!
-FIVE $25 Nike gift cards and ONE 2008-2009 Race Series Season Pass will be awarded during each race.
-How it works: Before the start of each race, 6 random numbers will be drawn (but not announced) - this number will determine what finisher place will be awarded one of the prizes. For instance, if number 19, 42, & 46 are drawn for the Master's Mile, the finishers in those places will receive one of the prizes! The more races you run, the greater your chances of winning.
