Half Marathon and Strength Training

About This Activity

If you are planning for a fall mid-distance race and/or want to increase your endurance and strength, consider joining us for this 16-week program.You will be provided a training plan and meet every Saturday morning for a group coached workout consisting of a long run or a strength/conditioning workout. The purpose of the combined endurance and strength workouts is to help athletes become a stronger runner, which increases speed and efficiency and also decreases the risk for injury.
