This intense program is designed to help improve your strength, speed, and endurance. The program will take your running and fitness to the next level, making your routine more progressive and dynamic with intense and complex workouts. You will meet every Tuesday and Thursday evening for a group coached workout consisting of intervals, hill repeats, circuit training, and strength training.
