Program Details - Ten Mile, Half and Full Marathon
The Galloway Spring Training Program is designed to help people of all skill levels complete a race from 5k through a full marathon. We advocate a run/walk /run approach that minimizes the risk of injury. The program offers the following:
Experienced Pace Group Leaders; Aid Stations for long runs; Training Schedule; Weekly communication; Guest Speakers and more!
The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.

Saturday, April 11, 20158:00AMLocation to be confirmed via emailCome prepared to run or walk for about 45 minutes. Dress in running or walking gear, bring water or sports drink and if you have a sports watch - GPS enabled is optional - be sure to bring it with you.
The Spring & Summer program meets every Saturday on the Mount Vernon Trail and other locations in the metro DC area. Our target races are Fall 2015, 5k, 10k, full and half marathons and 10 mile races.
