The Playtri Redman Triathlon Camp is a triathlon training program designed for the Half Iron distance and full IM distances. The camp will be 3.5 days of intense training and education.
This camp targets Half Iron Distances, but is an excellent opportunity to gain insightful training and knowledge of open water swimming, biking, running, transitions and race nutrition for any Half Iron distance race. The camp is designed for the beginner to advanced level triathlete and is limited to 35 people per session.

Camp will include fully supported swim, bike and run sessions. We will swim in Lake Murray just minutes away from the host hotel. The bike course is a
very challenging hilly windy course. The run sessions are relatively flat. You will gain strength while gaining tips from the coach and group leaders for the
weekend. There will be several education pieces included in the weekend as well. This is a great opportunity for any late season long course. The
camp also provides short course opportunities as well.

One on one sessions, Heart Rate Zones through lactic testing, VO2 Max, Caloric Expenditure by Heart Rate with carbohydrate/fat % testing, triathlon specific bike fitting and triathlon specific weight programs with a coach are available before or after the camp. The camp will be USAT sanctioned. You must be a USAT annual member or purchase a one day membership to participate in the camp. A one day membership can be purchased on your arrival to the camp.
