That is just part of what belly dance is, it is also a good workout. so come and try something new from a long time ago, you will leave with better confidence, posture and a rush of endorphins. We work on basic posture, technique and steps. No dance experience required. Please wear a flowing skirt or lose pants. No jeans please.
