This class is designed for the adult that would like to get fit and have fun after doing it. We will warm up and stretch for about the 12-15 minutes of class then work on building strength, endurance, skills, falling safely and lots more. Skills include: moving forward, backwards, stops, starts, 1 foot balance, quick feet and overall stronger skating and skating closely iwth other. Students must wear protective gear ( Helmet, knee, elbow and wrist guards) not included. class held at Paradise Skate Roller Rink, 1201 W. 10th St. Antioch.
