About This Activity

Level: 1-4. This activity is based on cross-country skiing, but without snow. Learn and experience proper technique while engaging both upper and lower body muscles, stretching techniques are also taught. This is very effective for burning calories and building cardiovascular fitness for all ages and levels of ability. Bring your own water bottle.
