Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 3 - 5. Are you looking for a mind-body workout that will strengthen, lengthen, stretch and tone your body? Improve your muscular endurance and flexibility with an emphasis on core body mat work. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Instructor: Stephanie Riegle, over 25 years of experience. 1 class.
